D & J Quality Construction was started in 1999 by Dan Cotter and Jim Erdman as a small company with no employees doing small carpentry work. As word spread of the quality of work that was being done, employees were added and the company has grown. It has earned the reputation as the place to go in the Fox Valley for quality construction work.
